Hospital Docs PA was founded by Dr. Ali Bhuriwala, a Primary Care physician turned Hospitalist who recognized the need for a more connected and compassionate approach to hospital medicine. Driven by frustration over the communication gaps between hospitalists and PCPs—and the resulting burnout—he established Hospital Docs to bridge those divides. Rooted in the values of empathy, collaboration, and provider well-being, our team is committed to delivering exceptional care throughout the continuum, from the hospital to post-acute recovery. We prioritize the needs of patients while ensuring that our providers are supported every step of the way.
